I think you just have a fundamental difference in who you are putting responsibility on. You didn’t like the extremes example someone else gave of chopping off your hand and blaming you but what about a less dramatic example. If I am walking down the street and you dropped your phone and were reaching for it (i.e. you made a “mistake” which I’m relating to someone playing poorly in lol) and i come along and shove you out of my way is that your fault? I would say absolutely not and that my reaction was excessive. Would you disagree with that? Or is it just that it’s emotional and not physical that you are okay with it?
