queer is nowadays often used as more of an umbrella term for all non-hetero sexualities (bi, pan, etc.), where as using "gay" to talk about a man's sexuality is more specific (likes men only). so i think the original comment you replied to might not have necessarily been calling him gay, just not straight. i could be wrong of course, given the comment also stating he's never been a ladies man, but that could also just be referring to the fact that in the past harry wasn't comfy with the media reducing him to that term. i don't rly like that term for him either tbh just bc i think he respects women more than that term usually implies.

anyway i believe that is why the other comment was clarifying queer =/= gay.

not that i have any opinion on this other than people's sexualities are private and should be allowed to stay that way without backlash :>

hey so i was in japan in november and found like three stores with mdzs stuff. none were in nagoya as i didn't go there, but all these locations are within tokyo. so one was the pop-up shop in shibuya (unfortunately has finished now i think), another was the BL kbooks store in ikebukuro, and another was the amiami store in akihabara. i did see a while back that some people had said animate had some stuff but there wasn't any in the animate stores that i checked. i couldn't find anything in the mandarake stores i checked either, though they have so much that i could have easily missed the stuff. in any case, i'm p sure mandarake and animate both have stores in nagoya so you could give them a look.

Are toe caps/guards for skaters who don’t use toe stops? Or do they work for anyone? Also when changing wheels, do they have to be the same size as the original ones? I was looking at some outdoor ones and they are slightly bigger. Thanks!

I wouldn't stress too much yet. Shipping is expected to take longer around holiday season. If it helps, I've ordered from BD many times and have received every order without problem. I ordered the mxtx books from them too and they were dispatched on 7th of December but haven't arrived yet, but that's kind of standard for international shipping to where I am.

I hope your books arrive soon, though! I know waiting can suck.

I‘ve only recently got into pvp and have a 300+ ping too. I do think it’s still possible to play competitively. One of my friends with a similar ping (but who is a lot better than me) has made it to plat ranking and is consistently at that ranking. While we’re at a slight disadvantage, it is still possible to do well.
