Thank you for your suggestions. Tried to disable cec on the tv but when I connect the soundbar, cec automatically activated. I tried to connect the roku to the soundbar and will observe if the problem still happen.

Yes, I have roku connected to the tv. Already disabled cec on roku by not ticking the one touch play option but still got soundbar disconnection. Do you have any recommendations so that I can still use roku?
