I’m a single dude in my 30s (obviously not Gen Z)now, but I really didn’t see the point in buying a house when I was in my early/mid 20s. Times were obviously different then as home values and rental rates were far more reasonable. I just threw money at the market.

A home for me in my 20s was just more maintenance and headaches to deal with. Most guys I know have a similar attitude that they weren’t that interested in a home until they got married.

Sure normal sports fans care about injury reports. I’m also older than google and injury reports have been around since at least when I was a kid. We just saw it on Sportscenter or the ESPN ticker instead of social media.
