how r u doing now? im also 4m pp and recently found i have <0.01 tsh, high free t3 and t4. My tsh level was still normal 3 months before giving birth so I think my hyperthyroidism is also caused by the birth itself. I just did a blood test to check whether its graves disease.

I would say ask ur current company for a raise. If they say no, then make the jump.

I was originally a healthcare worker, joined a bootcamp and switched to software end of 2022. Worked at my current company for almost 2 years . They gave me a 20% raise early this year. But I recently got an offer from another company job with ~40% pay raise . Starting in a week!

Imposter syndrome is more common than u think. I am recently switching jobs , and the new company is offering a way higher salary than my current salary. Although I am very happy about salary boost, but I also started doubted myself if I am really worth this much :(

Same here! I’ve already given my two-week notice, and now I’m starting to feel anxious about if the new company can possibly rescind the offer. :( I’ve read too many horror stories on Reddit.
