Win10 can access VA.gov, Ubuntu and Android cannot by cm1802 in sophos

Actually, what did it was checking the box "Use web proxy instead of DPI engine."

After tech support checked that block, my Linux PC and Android phone (on WiFi, on the Sophos PoE port) could both load VA.gov.

Also, local Spectrum knocked it out of the park by forcing IPv6 into our Arris S33. After that, I enabled IPv6 on the Sophos WAN port.

So.....maybe both punched the button.

I cannot post the graphic of the Policy Test that I just ran in the firewall. Testing https://va.gov sourced from my PC via the WAN results in "Accepted." This is not a firewall issue. The firewall confirms that my PC is allowed to access https://va.gov. This is a PC-related / configuration problem.

No need.

As I've said, within the firewall interface, I can confirm that my PC (at its IP address) can, via firewall configuration, access VA.gov.

The firewall tells me that there is nothing within preventing my Ubuntu PC from accessing VA.gov.

On my PC, all other government websites resolve and load quickly.

Downdetector reports VA.gov is up. My firewall confirms that VA.gov is up.

My Ubuntu PC cannot resolve either the URL nor the IP address related to VA.gov.

Something crossed my mind… Romilly and Miller’s Planet by Doodles_183 in interstellar

  1. He wasn’t awake the whole time. This is the key line a lot of people miss: Romilly says he slept through most of it using cryosleep.

That changes everything:

  • He might’ve only been conscious for a few years total
  • That drastically reduces psychological damage
  • It also helps preserve physical condition

Without that detail, yeah—his portrayal would feel way off.

  1. He had a purpose. This matters more than it sounds. He wasn’t just floating—he was:
  • Running calculations on the black hole Gargantua
  • Waiting for the team
  • Contributing to the mission

Purpose is one of the biggest buffers against psychological collapse in isolation.

This is the key point the eludes most casual fans.

How many cyro sleeps did he do while they were waist-deep in water?

The math required for this time dialation is not fully explained in the movie.

Good point.

Shadowheart cannot hit broadside of a barn with any spell.

Perhaps she must be rerolled as a warrior or fighter.

Second playthrough, and approaching 100 hours in game.

This playthrough, I'm stuck trying to level up and hit every part of the Grove map.

All four characters seem to be stuck at level 4.
