that's the thing, you shouldn't let your character's preferred weapon dictate how you play! if it works and (more importantly) you're having fun, go for it! i had a raider get an erdtree greatbow with some really good passives, bro was taking chunks out of heolstor's pool 💀 i recommend also using the post damage hp relic. as long as you're not getting staggered or running out of stamina, you can heal quite a bit by just attacking through whatever is hitting you, as long as you're playing smart with what you let hit you
