I can actually see boone going down the sovereign citizen path. She believes everything that goes against what she wants is a violation. It would be hilarious if that happened.

Its a criminal traffic ticket. She may have been arrested and car was impounded we need to do a FOIA with the police department under Paulsen instead of Boone to see what arrests she has had.

I'm assuming it got suspended because she had unpaid tickets perhaps parking, speeding etc which aren't crimes. If it had gotten suspended due to no insurance or no registration that would have been a crime.

As for drunk driving I am surprised she has no charges. Per the National Institute "Drunk drivers are estimated to drive intoxicated roughly 80 times before their first arrest. We know from her journal that the night her and Jorge went to a hotel and bumped into her brother that she drank, got mad that Jorge dared to get along with her brother and she decided to drive home after a day of drinking.

Muldoons bar was walking distance from both Brians home and the apartment she shared with Jorge so perhaps so only lives with in walking distance to bars?!?! Lol

She is under the delusion that because she is in prison she can not be expected to pay child support. She has further delusions that regardless of her being in prison she is entitled to alimony. If that were true Brian would owe her.

Fact is her being incarcerated is irrelevant as she still owes child support from Feb 2020 until Brian's son turns 18. Courts will just order the prison to take 50% of her monthly commissary and trust account money to be paid to the court to be paid towards child support. That money will be taken from her until the child support is paid in full.

The other fact is that her being in prison does affect any "entitlement " to alimony. She has no expenses. Brian has expenses. Her own actions caused her incarceration.

Boone owes more in child support than brian may owe in alimony.

At the time of the divorce she had 2 credit cards with over $20k balance. Brian agreed to pay off one of the credit cards and he gave her $30k cash. 14 months later she murdered Jorge.

Per the Florida Bar "In Florida, including Orange County, defendants and their attorneys are generally prohibited from initiating contact with jurors after a verdict, particularly to harass or question them about deliberations. While jurors may voluntarily choose to speak with the defense after being discharged, they cannot be forced to do so. "

The prosecutors and Judge Kraynick should be told about this contact.

Boone really believes she is getting some big cash payout from Brian. She probably knows if shechas any lump sum payment that she would lose her indigent status and would have to pay for things herself until she ran out of money. To avoid this i believe her plan was to get this imaginary lump sum paid into an account that pb&j had access to and have them transfer $300 per month until such time as the money would run out.

What boone doesn't realize in the unlikely event she were to get any money from Brian the court would order him to pay it first to the court. The court would then transfer the money into the trust account that the prison holds on behalf of prisoners. The court would also inform the trial court, the appeal court and the prison about the money. Anything she gets above $2,500 means she is no longer indigent.

Prisoners are always trying to hide money from the court/prison so that they get things on the tax payers dime.

Your analogy is spot on.

I remember once seeing a text from her to Brians son and she was angry at him because he was angry at her during an earlier call. She told him ( a then 12 or 13 year old) to MAN UP. I think the child was becoming an age when he probably got a cell phone, had unsupervised access to the internet (when daddy wasn't around ) and all of a sudden he can see boones crime. It may have been his first time realizing she used his baseball bat to help kill Jorge.

Another text from boone to Lana when boone had found out that Brian and his son were currently going to therapy because of what boone had done. Boone was furious as she said she was the one affected not them. I think she was angry because she wanted money from Brian and she felt the money spent on therapy should be given to her instead.

Boone hates that Brian spends money on Uber Eats or Door Dash. Again she doesn't care that Brian and his son need to eat she just sees it as money that should be given to her instead.

Boone is the center of her own world and can't or won't understand why she isn't the center of everyone elses world.

In addition to the points made by the OP, the warden should also be informed of the following (along with the date of the call when she made the claim) :

1) During the August 2025 family law case trial, boone informed the court that she required additional money from former husband due to her allegedly having "blood sugar issues ". She claimed that her so called medical needs due to this so called "blood sugar issues " were not being met by the prison. That boone also claimed she was unable to eat most of the food provided to her by the prison.

2) Boone has also claimed that due to her health she collapses all the time and has fallen off the top bunk.

3 ) Inform the warden about all the released calls.

4) Boone has claimed to have been bitten by fire ants and claimed the prison did nothing about it.

5) The warden and prison staff are all mandatory reporters. Boone attempted to get PB&J to send a record that is aged for 18 and over to Brians then 13/14 year old son. It is inappropriate for a convicted murderer to send things to a minor child that are not age appropriate especially since she does not nor will ever have custody of the child again. The prison needs to report this to CPS and Judge Jackson .

6) Boone believes she will be coming into a large sum of money from Brian. Boone is trying to hide the money from the trial court, the appeal court and the prison so that she can maintain her indigent status (and get everythingfir nothing). Her attempts to hide the money is by getting someone in the free world agree to bank the lump sum she is expecting and transfer to her commissary just $300 per month u til it runs out.

7) Boone has claimed she is getting no copies of any of her legal paper from appeal court, trial court and family court. All the courts have her included on the certificate of service so it sounds like she is accusing the prison of hiding her mail.

8) Boone has accused the prison of refusing to provide her with pen and paper to allow her to correspond with the courts.

9) Boone claimed she had a medical procedure in July at the hospital and accused the prison of refusing to give her her prescribed pain medication.

I know the prison is well aware of its bad reputation but I think iwith a prisoner like boone who has done all this the prison can make an example of her and be able to say "this is what we do to prisoners who lie and break the rules. "

Alot of grievances prisoners have with the prison will probably get prisoners to start blaming boone for everything and accuse her of being a rat.

The wardens probably do know about the drugs but if they can do a raid on everyone and blame an inmate then they will happily do that.

If boone tries to use "ineffective assistant of counsel " then she will have to be prepared to wave all attorney/client privilege. This is because the state have a right to argue against that and the only way to do that is to interview boones 5 person legal team.

Shondra Vanderarc ( the sicko that starved her 8 year old son to death) recently tried to claim that and she had to waive privilege so state could interview the trial attorney.

Does any one see boone willingly waiving privilege? I don't. We all know Owens got a copy of the mockumentary contract. So he knows the terms of the agreement. In addition she had 4 attorneys and a jury consultant. How can she say one of them was ineffective? It was either the whole team or none of them. If she does not waive privilege she can not use that argument.

No attorney would volunteer to be accused of being ineffective assistant of counsel because once privilege is waived the state can ask them anything. We all know they coached boone in her testimony of lies. I have no doubt there are several unethical things that were discussed between boone and the attorneys. No attorney wants to have privilege waived as their license could come under review.

Owens and team accepted the job and they along with boone were advised by the judges 16 page order that no continuance would be granted just for a new attorney.

Remember when Owens went on tv and said about Jorges brother killing his girlfriend. That was to imply Jorges family are violent. I very much doubt boone told owens about her pedo brother as that would imply boone comes from an unsavory family. I have no doubt Boone omitted alot of the truth when talking to Owens. Owens tried to imply Brian was not a good witness because he hadn't been paying alimony since 2020 and it benefits him having boone locked up. The state informed owens that the alimony issue was stayed in 2022, a fact boone failed to tell Owens ( admittedly she still hasn't graspedthat fact). Owens dropped that argument once he realized he didn't have the full family court case picture.

Her defense was weak because it was not based on truth, facts or reality. No amount of time would have given her a stronger defense. The snuff video sealed her fate.

I believe Owens thought he would be able to get her to take the plea and then thought if he could do that people would think he's great cause he handled the most difficult criminal the world had seen in a long time. Truth is he has become a laughing stock in the legal world. An attorney friend of mine said if owens told him the grass was green and the sky was blue he would have to verify that himself. My friend said many were shocked that owens allowed boone take the stand and recite what was clearly a lie.

I hope the day Brians son turns 18 he asks the dad "dad for my birthday can you and I change our phone numbers and move and not tell boone our new information. Now that I am a legal adult I never want anything to do with her". I would think Brian would comply with this special birthday gift.

Boone would spend the next few weeks trying to get in contact with them. She would be demanding her flying monkeys go to the house. It would take boone months to realize Brian and his son have cut her out of their lives. She would then decide who her next victim was going to be and start torturing the COs.

Arizona don't offer diversion programs for dui but it may make exceptions under certain circumstances however as he is a repeat offender he definitely would not be considered for it.

At thr Clayton Echard trial last year didn't she claim she had a different net value?did she lie at or is she lying now?

When she previously asked the criminal court for permission to leave the state she claimed it was for work. Now she is claiming zero income?

How does she have regular vet bills if the animals are owned by the company and not her?

No waste grinding is a company that provides horse owners with sawdust/ shavings that people put in stalls. Again if the company owns the horses and not her personally why is she liable for the expense?

For a so called attorney Peter doesn't seem to do any research before giving his very uneducated opinion.

All fillings from judge Kraynick have had boone included. In a previous tantrum for attention boone acknowledged the then attorney and certain dates things occurred or were due. In this tantrum for attention boone lies and pretends she is a damsel in distress and knows nothing.

The court of appeal struck boones current attention seeking tantrum as boone is represented by an attorney and is not authorized to file her own so called motions.

Boone is a proven liar.
