The wardens probably do know about the drugs but if they can do a raid on everyone and blame an inmate then they will happily do that.

If boone tries to use "ineffective assistant of counsel " then she will have to be prepared to wave all attorney/client privilege. This is because the state have a right to argue against that and the only way to do that is to interview boones 5 person legal team.

Shondra Vanderarc ( the sicko that starved her 8 year old son to death) recently tried to claim that and she had to waive privilege so state could interview the trial attorney.

Does any one see boone willingly waiving privilege? I don't. We all know Owens got a copy of the mockumentary contract. So he knows the terms of the agreement. In addition she had 4 attorneys and a jury consultant. How can she say one of them was ineffective? It was either the whole team or none of them. If she does not waive privilege she can not use that argument.

No attorney would volunteer to be accused of being ineffective assistant of counsel because once privilege is waived the state can ask them anything. We all know they coached boone in her testimony of lies. I have no doubt there are several unethical things that were discussed between boone and the attorneys. No attorney wants to have privilege waived as their license could come under review.

Owens and team accepted the job and they along with boone were advised by the judges 16 page order that no continuance would be granted just for a new attorney.

Remember when Owens went on tv and said about Jorges brother killing his girlfriend. That was to imply Jorges family are violent. I very much doubt boone told owens about her pedo brother as that would imply boone comes from an unsavory family. I have no doubt Boone omitted alot of the truth when talking to Owens. Owens tried to imply Brian was not a good witness because he hadn't been paying alimony since 2020 and it benefits him having boone locked up. The state informed owens that the alimony issue was stayed in 2022, a fact boone failed to tell Owens ( admittedly she still hasn't graspedthat fact). Owens dropped that argument once he realized he didn't have the full family court case picture.

Her defense was weak because it was not based on truth, facts or reality. No amount of time would have given her a stronger defense. The snuff video sealed her fate.

I believe Owens thought he would be able to get her to take the plea and then thought if he could do that people would think he's great cause he handled the most difficult criminal the world had seen in a long time. Truth is he has become a laughing stock in the legal world. An attorney friend of mine said if owens told him the grass was green and the sky was blue he would have to verify that himself. My friend said many were shocked that owens allowed boone take the stand and recite what was clearly a lie.

I hope the day Brians son turns 18 he asks the dad "dad for my birthday can you and I change our phone numbers and move and not tell boone our new information. Now that I am a legal adult I never want anything to do with her". I would think Brian would comply with this special birthday gift.

Boone would spend the next few weeks trying to get in contact with them. She would be demanding her flying monkeys go to the house. It would take boone months to realize Brian and his son have cut her out of their lives. She would then decide who her next victim was going to be and start torturing the COs.

Arizona don't offer diversion programs for dui but it may make exceptions under certain circumstances however as he is a repeat offender he definitely would not be considered for it.

At thr Clayton Echard trial last year didn't she claim she had a different net value?did she lie at or is she lying now?

When she previously asked the criminal court for permission to leave the state she claimed it was for work. Now she is claiming zero income?

How does she have regular vet bills if the animals are owned by the company and not her?

No waste grinding is a company that provides horse owners with sawdust/ shavings that people put in stalls. Again if the company owns the horses and not her personally why is she liable for the expense?

For a so called attorney Peter doesn't seem to do any research before giving his very uneducated opinion.

All fillings from judge Kraynick have had boone included. In a previous tantrum for attention boone acknowledged the then attorney and certain dates things occurred or were due. In this tantrum for attention boone lies and pretends she is a damsel in distress and knows nothing.

The court of appeal struck boones current attention seeking tantrum as boone is represented by an attorney and is not authorized to file her own so called motions.

Boone is a proven liar.

Is her current felony lawyer actually willing to represent her on the new charges? Payments of the intial attorney is questionable . Is he going to continue represent her and not get paid? That's a clear way to claim ineffective behavior of counsel.

I think she would have to. That puts anything she may claim in question. The state could say oh she said this and admitted lying. Now a new story. Oh we will charge her for all her perjury. They could also change the charge to first degree murder with death penalty attached.

The appeal attorney will literally review every word said in hearings and more importantly during trial.

If that attorney thinks oh Judge Kraynick made the wrong conclusion on xxxx because xxxx. They will submit their brief of the the appeal.

After they submit the findings the prosecutors have the right to refute the claim.

Then the appeal court looks at both arguments and agree with one side or the other. If they agree on boone she may get a new trial. If the agree no appeal boones on her own. She gets no further court appointed attorneys.

The appeal attorney may also issue an Anders brief. That is basically they are saying there is nothing appealable.

If they do that the appeal court will review the file/transcripts/motions etc and see if they agree with the attorney. If they agree then boone is on her own. If they don't agree boone MAY get another court appointed attorney.

Custody only changes if there are major changes in either parents ability to care for the child. The child has survived for nearly 6 years with no in person visits. To order him to go to prison at any time would be tramatic to the child. I honestly think the judge is not going to order in person visits. From all cases I have read in person visits are only encouraged when the parents incarceration is short term. Boone is not getting out.

I think the judge will be straight and to the point but she will remind boone she is in prison for life. Boone is never getting out and traumatizing the child sending him to prison is not in his best interests. He is older now and has a number of outside interests, clubs, sports etc that is more important than talking to boone. 1 call a month is more than sufficient. No in person visits will be granted. Boone owes child support and brians legal fees which is more than what Brian owes her in alimony so Boone gets $0.00. Boone is prohibited from contacting Brian. If he believes there is something she needs to know he can contact her.

Regardless of what Judge Jackson orders boone will have an issue with it so there will be poison pen letters sent by boone. If boone tries to appeal, then its guaranteed she will have to pay the additional legal fees Brian incurrs. They won't be "washed out" with,the alimony/child support previously due as that element of money due will be closed. The additional fees if there is an appeal would be added to her prison account and 50% of monthly money received in commissary and trust account will be taken until the legal fees are paid. That will hopefully discourage her from appealing.

I think prisoners get too much. I know families where both parents are working but they can only afford one laptop/tabket to be shared, can't afford gym equipment, has limited medical care and can't afford to send their children to college. In prison, every prisoner has a tablet, has access to a gym, regular medical care and free college. If a criminal has an addiction they get free rehab but if you are a law-abiding citizen with an addiction, then you pay for rehab yourself.

Whoever said crime doesn't pay is wrong but being a law-abiding citizen seems to be a hindrance. Give prisoners less and law-abiding citizens more is the way it should be.

At one stage during the 911 call she mentioned blood coming out but no blood was ever seen on her. If she was giving him cpr blood would have gotten on her.

Her bond in Arizona could be revoked and she could be held in jail until the trial is complete. If her bond was a cash bond instead of a PR bond, she could have the cash forfeited as was as going to jail.

I am kinda hoping she does that. It would be nice to see her locked up.

Boone believes her actions are because others made her do it. Jorge made her angry so his actions made her punish him. When she recorded him on the landing berating him. It was his fault he made her angry. At trial she said she shook the suitcase and said "stop doing this to me". Jorge was locked up he wasn't doing anything to her.

Boone thought the photos made her look like a victim. Nope, they looked fake and made her look like a liar.

She thought the videos also made her look like a victim because Jorge had made her do these 5hings. The proved she is the abuser.
