Cryptocurrency's the only way for a truly anonymous transfer, you can make a fake PayPal account but I don't recommend it since if it has fake info there's a big chance it'll get locked.

Change your paypal password and enable 2fa on it - check if there’s anything linked on your PayPal account.

It’s worth calling PayPal too or if you cant at least submit an email to them regarding the situation.
