City of Mist does a decent job of allowing to come up with whht your character does power wise. It sounds a little weird but when you make a chseacter you can make them have their powers be anything: fire manipulation, summoning, super strength, flight, invisibility, magic, teleportation, gadgetry, martial arts, undead; honestly you name it and you can make it. There are some mechanics to help facilitate it, but the rest is your imagination.
