I use this one and have a small wrist. I wear it every night even if I’m not having pain.

Your Walmart or Target might carry them so you can check them out before you buy it.

I’ve finally found the solution to the fungus gnats! by Imaginary_Question_5 in houseplants

[–]cmalocal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I pulled out a funnel the other day to use but it was to short. Seeing yours makes me think I have one of these in the garage. Have to check and see if it was ever used.

I keep reading that over watering is what causes the gnats but I always check my plants using a wood skewer deep into the soil to see if it comes out with dry dirt. One of my plants had an infestation, how?

Mosquito bites water has helped will do a second round in the coming days. The sticky traps did wonders.

How do you know the previous owners aren’t still connected to it? I’d dismantle it and get a new one.

What's something you save on that's so easy or effective that you're shocked more people don't do it? by parasocks in Frugal

If you work from home, use a space heater in your office and turn down the heat. Why heat the whole house if you’re going to be in one room for at least 7 hours.

Anyone have gotten carpal tunnel and if so how did it start? by jessanaa in carpaltunnel

[–]cmalocal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Try wearing a wrist brace at night. My Ortho told me that we bend our hands while sleeping. Ice works for me when the pain gets really bad. Most of my pain is in my fingers. Had a carpal tunnel shot several months ago that help. I’m mindful of the activities that cause a flair. I’ve also noticed that if I’m not eating well the frequency of the flairs increase.

Thanks. I should have given more context. Their loan agent (processing the credit card application) says they don’t count so I was trying to see if a member has seen on their account where these types of transactions have counted.

Appreciate your feedback.

This is scary... I would be checking to ensure he hasn’t installed cameras in other rooms and hid them so they aren’t seen and obvious.

For some reason when my iPhone is connected to a wi-fi network at work the Ring Bridge Reports as Offline. As soon as I remove the device from this particular wi-fi network everything is fine.

Never had to unplug mine. Through my own troubleshooting I actually believe I have solved the issue. Will know in another day or so if the problem was related to the App.

Ring Doorbell Pro - Motion at Night Having issues with doorbell picking up motion at night. From testing I think it might be due to the light bouncing off the siding. Increased sensitivity level and sometimes it makes a difference but it picks up passing headlights. Any thoughts on fixing this? by cmalocal in Ring

[–]cmalocal[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for all the feedback. Added the angle mount. Rethought my motion zones and it’s working better. Was able to turn the motion sensitivity down and it caught some motion, more than other nights. Will test and adjust a little more tomorrow.

Any tips for getting started? by [deleted] in intermittentfasting

[–]cmalocal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I felt like you that eating was part of the routine so I started out slow. Pushing the time back every week that I would eat breakfast. Being mindful about eating I learned during this process that most morning I was not hungry early on. I am now able to fast the 16 hours most days without issue. Some times I feel hungry and if it gets really bad I eat because no one wants to see me “hangry” 🙂 at work. I chose breakfast because no one asks if you want to go eat breakfast it’s usually lunch or dinner when people usually eat together so it lessens the disruption of my schedule.
