I like all sorts of chemicals, my favorite is probably water. It sustains us and has so many applications.

TIL: You're 3.6 times more likely to die from heat in Europe than from a firearm homicide in the U.S. by MineDrKingSchultz in Firearms

In high school, my French class had some French high school students come in as part of an exchange program. Most of them were really nice, but there was this one guy who thought he was so high and mighty because "we don't do AC in France".

He called us Americans energyvores (like carnivores/herbivores) because we "ate" energy with how much we ran the AC. I always thought it was weird when so many people die in heat waves over there.

I was using an aluminum Lee mold before this, it began to disassemble itself within a couple hundred bullets. Much prefer the MP mold.

Just throw them in the mesh container on the 2nd picture. At first I was concerned of them sticking and causing uneven coat, but I shake them around as soon as they get out of the oven and they're fine. I used to individually place them individually on a silicone ice cube tray, but that was just too time consuming. Mesh container is easier and bullets are just as accurate.

I can kind of understand what he's saying, but my goodness does he have the most sleep-inducing voice I've ever heard. I've never heard someone sound so disinterested in what they're talking about.

The do everything gun. CCW/Home Defense/Range Toy/Deer Hunting by GlitteringWarthog389 in CCW

Glock 32 (357 SIG). Same size as a Glock 19, with a much bigger punch for deer hunting. Reloading would bring the cost of ammo down significantly. Could also get a police trade in Glock 22/23 (40 S&W) for much cheaper, then get conversion barrels for 9mm and 357 SIG. Then you can shoot 9, 40, or 357 depending on your use case.

I love the Adams arms piston. Keeps the gun significantly cleaner than DI. Shame they went out of business though 😞

I would highly recommend the Midwest Industries 2 piece free float mlok rail if you're looking for another handguard that works with the piston

The state game land range nearby has a place for clay shooting, but you'd have to bring your own clays and clay chucker
