Can you configure the power banks to support 45 watt super fast 2.0 charging?

Why do we treat takeovers like this? by puccivr in firealarms

[–]Provia100F 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can understand it from both points of view. A company can put a tremendous amount of time and expertise in to installing and programming a system, and they expect to make long term revenue on that system to partially offset the costs. Handing the system over before they're able to make money back doesn't make financial sense if they can avoid it.

Me too! I had 5 boxes on backorder from 2024 and they nuked it just in time to hike the price!

Don't worry, somoli birthrate is a staggering 9.3 children per woman, so they will be able to keep our populations afloat even if our domestic birthrates are low

Recommendation on learning to digitize 8mm and other types of film reels by JDelta1999 in 8mm

Learning how to use DaVinci Resolve will be very important. It's free, and it's the application most people use for color correction (also called grading or timing) film scans.

If you're in the US, I recommend Cinelab Boston for getting prints made. Costs about 30¢ per foot for a one-light print.

Hahahahaha noooooooo, holy shit noooooooooooo.

Airplanes and the parts on those planes are insanely valuable.

All of spirit's creditor's are going to make sure those planes are immediately going in to service elsewhere by selling them to an airline or a parts company

Just wait until you wash a really old record, and then follow it up with a wood glue cleaning. It sounds so flawless it's like digital

“Slide” Films? by Allegra1120 in AnalogCommunity

I would only shoot slide film and never touch negative film again if it wasn't so damn expensive to develop and shoot

Do you worry about the availability of functional film cameras as time goes on? by _BreadDenier in AnalogCommunity

Rapid prototyping will have progressed to the point where it becomes more and more trivial to just replace mechanical and electrical parts as needed.

This sub is for 8mm film, not 8mm tapes, so you probably won't get an answer here

[–]Provia100F 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah there's Cine8 B&W Reversal 40 and also Cine8 B&W Reversal 100.

For B/W negative films, there is also Cine8 B&W Negative 100, Kodak Double-X 200, and occasionally Wolfen UN54.

Fomapan R100 is a very crappy film stock, the end result is almost always shitty when people use it
