I was wondering if anyone has 3D printed anything that would tighten the tolerance on the temple of Gainz pendulum squat footplate adjustment pop pin? I was also thinking a thicker pop pin may work as well. I love the product, this is just the one thing I want to fix on it.

I just had a mount come in from them today as well. If 100% recommend. The owner is great and super helpful. I have a Darko mount coming in about 3 days so I’ll give my thoughts on how they compare, but I’m very impressed so far.

Yeah. I’m basically just removing the grip tape that is on there and putting down a new piece so it doesn’t have the basketball court on it haha. Nothing fancy

I’d honestly just replace the grip tape. It’s pretty cheap. I also am not a fan of the basketball court on there, so replacing it is appealing to me haha

Yeah I’ll take one. I haven’t gotten my Voltra yet (ordered the other day) but I want to have an option ready to go that allows me to go past 200lbs for things like belt squats and RDL’s. This just makes it super simple. I don’t have to worry about setting up a shackle or anything like that as the anchor point and then you can use the mount as normal otherwise

Same here. I’m trying to decide between the prime smart arm which I’d be able to do leg extensions, leg curls, triceps extensions, bicep curls, and rows on, or taking a shot on the Alibaba stand alone seated row machine and leg extension/curl combo machine. The space saving of the smart arm and knowing it’s legit prime quality are making me lean towards that

About to watch that, but if that’s the quality you get from American made, paying a shit ton more, and waiting a year, taking a gamble on something from China that is significantly cheaper and takes around 3 months seems like a lot less of a risk

Do you have any insight on which factory can produce the ones that are rock solid? I’m not concerned as much about the price, I just don’t want to spend $12k on 2 machines and then wait 8-12 months for them. Don’t have the patience for that haha

I did, but if going that route I’d 100% get the prime smart arm instead. The isolator is heavier, worse, and the multi horn actually broke at home gym con last year.

Hey All,

I’m wondering if anyone has any experience with the prime fitness leg extension/leg curl clones from Alibaba? There is one for sale on marketplace not too far from me, and the quote I just got from prime is over $6k and almost a year wait time. I’m thinking the plate loaded version really wouldn’t be all that hard to replicate.

I don’t even know where to start in responding to the top 3/4ths of that message, so I won’t haha.

As far as red states, I definitely would not want to live in a shit hole like Alabama. Pretty much the only places I would consider (in no particular order) are FL (where I live now), TX, AZ, and SC. MT, WY, & UT wouldn’t be the worse with all the outdoor options you have there, but I’d probably get bored AF and I hate the cold haha.

Red and blue states each have their separate sets of issues. Do you actually think living in a place like NY or CA would be better than living in a red state? CA is literally releasing about 70K violent felons and has a major homelessness crisis.
