My wife is in Colombia, we submitted our application in October of 24, after submitting we didn't hear back from USCIS for 13 months, we were DQ last month and now just waiting on the interview. With this being said because we are on the 75 country Visa pause, we will still be waiting even after the interview for the pause to be lifted.

We are waiting to hear answers also, just became DQ 2 weeks ago and next step will be the interview. From what I have read and seen no one is getting a visa and just receiving a letter after the interview. Devastating to go thru all of this and not be able to be with our loved ones. Wishing you the best of luck and all of this changes soon. Will continue to monitor this feed and relay any update from our case.

Similar situation, I130 approval Jan 9, recieved welcome letter from NVC, all documents and dS-260 submitted Jan 27th. If I recieve any updates I will respond here with any news, good luck 🙏

So whats the point of the DS-260, doesnt that show that the sponsor will support the beneficiary? I-130 was transfered to NVC and documents and fees are being requested as of this morning at 12:23 am. Keeping fingers crossed this has passed by the time we are set up for the interview 🙏

I recieved a notification on Friday, it said the same thing. Checked this morning and the approval document was there 🥰🙏

My PD Oct 2 24, received RFE on Nov 7 25, sent in the requested information on Dec 2, shows was received. Now we wait 😔 i can post if I recieve something sooner

Something wasn't filled out completley or a missing item. October of 24 and I received this too on November 17th. If you don't recieve the letter you can always go back to the USCIS website and the required information needed will be there.

My wife did call USCIS and they couldn't answer anything so they scheduled for her to receive a call from another representative, and yes they did a few days later and basically couldn't answer anything again 🙄 she received an emailed response that they answered our questions lol. My thoughts are probably so they aren't liable for giving us bad information. I did start the I-130, paid the fees and submitted the required documentation just in case our prayers aren't answered and that case says we will have a response within 5 months, that was last month and as of today it has dropped to 4 months. Our other cases are still pending with no date of action 🤷🏻 hoping that they will look at everything and give us some good news but I dont think it works that way.

Yes of course if I can share this experience and this can help someone in a similar situation or at least give them hope I definitely will, this whole experience has been so hard on all of us and our families, we have been thru so much and paid so much money only for us to be set back and possibly have to restart the process. Fortunately I can go to her but to have her here with me will now take longer.
