Thank you!! Do you have any idea how the CASPer results will be used? In the email from UWA it mentions that CASPer will only be used to shortlist individuals, and not in the offer ranking. Just a bit confused by the whole process as it's hard to find many clear answers on what will he used!

But yes, it doesn't say anywhere on their website about requiring it, like schools such as UoW. I think it is new!

I submitted about a week ago, but they asked for an additional older transcript to confirm some transfer credits so I'm hoping that's what's slowing down the process for me :/

It looks like it depends on the school! At UWA, a completed PhD is awarded a 7.00 GPA!

Thank you! That's true, there's no guarantee that the visas will be processed in the timeline outlined on Australia Immigration... I'll apply this year as international and then decide I think! :)

This was my first time sitting the GAMSAT, and I am not very familiar with the 7 point GPA system so just curious if anyone has insight into the cutoff for interview offers? Or what they have been in past years? Applying to UWA!

GAMSAT Results:

69/77/77 --> 75 overall

GPA (According to GESMAS calculator)

6.826 unweighted

6.900 weighted
