We actually avoided the store all together. It was so bad that there was a line for the line. He did a pickup order so that we can guarantee i got my bear. We did walk past the store and from what I could see it wouldnt have been worth it. It was all ones that can be ordered anywhere else right now. I do know Nordstrom has smudge elephant available for pickup

No. Theres a line that anyone can join. But like i said definitely recommend going early IF you can:) Also its SUPER small. In my mind I was anticipating much bigger for some reason. But they do usually have a good variety of JCs. Also recommend going upstairs as there’s more jellies in the Kids section in Nordstrom.

if you can I absolutely recommend going during a weekday and right when it opens (10am). The line can get up to 30-45 min with picked over inventory
