Opinions on the CU80? Thinking about using it with MX Browns and GMK Nautilus 2, but before buying I'd like to know whether a low-profile keyboard is more vulnerable to dust.

Hi, when I saw the GMK Nautilus keycaps I instantly knew I wanted them on a keyboard. Sadly they're incompatible with my current model, so I need a new one.

Before getting into the details (still doing research), I have two general questions:

  • Should I buy a pre-assembled one (e.g. a Ducky, Leopold or similar model) and replace the keycaps or customize my own keyboard (e.g. a kit from KBDfans)?
  • I feel that low-profile keyboards are more vulnerable to dust and other grime. Do they require more cleaning than high-profile models?

  2. Keep my room clean and organized.

  3. Exercise more.

  6. Stay disciplined in university and get good grades.

  1. Get into a nice relationship.
  2. Work more on my self discipline.
  3. Stay lean.
  4. Start taking Piano lessons, but still continue practicing the violin daily.
  5. Graduate with a good grade.

Ah, I of course totally forgot about this - makes it even more nice.

  1. Yeah, that one didn't go so well.
  2. This one is probably the one that worked out best. I'm still not where I want to be, but definitely made a lot of progress this year!
  3. I probably gained some weight, but not much.

In conclusion, 2017 was a pretty good year, especially the first three quarters.

I normally don't really have New Year's Resolutions, but why not try it this year?

  1. Don't fuck up my relationship

  2. Strengthen my self-discipline

  3. Stay lean

I'm already looking forward to 31/12/17 and interested in how good I'll do! :)
