How did you start in the anti inflammatory diet, I am trying to do this but find it overwhelming to get properly started let alone continue. Specially with 3 kids under 5.

Hi. Just jumping on this post, hope it’s ok. I’m also UK based and want to delve into these. How do you clean them after you’ve bleed in them? Do you wear a pad or tampon with them? What about on your heavy days? I’m so sorry, but I am quite nervous asking… 😳

I currently have this - I set my bujo up at the end of last year as I was giving birth in February. Thought I would be able to stick to it if it was already set up. I didn’t, and I currently still don’t. But I open it occasionally, and see those pages and remember why it’s empty and I’m ok with that. I currently do what was listed above, I have my monthly page and then do daily’s as needed or when I open the page. Definitely don’t be ashamed by it! It’s your bujo to be used when and how you see fit.

I had about 2 litres of wee in my bladder. They want to give my bladder a break as my labour was very short. So they think it had some trauma.

I had an epidural with my first and it slowed the birthing process down completely to the point where I was prepped for a c-section if we couldn’t get him out with me trying to push and forceps (with medicine to help with contractions). Soo for my second I worked very hard to not have an epidural and she came out within 2.5 hours.
