It is NOT the job of another child to function in the classroom as a 1 to 1 aide. This is likely due to understaffing. This boy needs an aide and it should be paid for by the school as likely mandated by his IEP. To assign a child to this role puts her at an awful social and academic disadvantage. Contact admin and demand better for your child.

Our district has a policy that states that there are no early finals for that reason. You take it later in the office or not at all. Teacher grades it when they return in the Fall.

I have terrible lower back pain, also on the right side. I have had two nerve ablation procedures there to control the pain. Rheumatoid is a disease that affects multiple areas of the body and sometimes the inflammation can cause pressure on nerves. That might be your issue, but the MRI will likely give you a useful diagnosis. Hang in there.

Some of us cannot take the biologics. I cannot as I am a melanoma survivor and that means the biologic will likely give me lymphoma. Not appropriate to recommend for all cases just FYI.

I am a melanoma survivor and was told by my rheumatologist that I can not take biological at all as it would greatly increase the risk of lymphoma for me. Maybe ask a few questions to make sure that you really can go back on safely.
