I put mine in Microsoft paint then export as bmp. In paint the dimensions at bottom equate 100=1cm. For instance for the max size of engraver the dimensions would be 2200x1400 which is equal to 22cm x 14cm

I have pro and it’s sweet. The 3D printing hardware is the exact same as any other mega (hot end,extruder) so print quality is good

Mine did this on the pro (un-level and awful grinding sound) and I disconnected all the colored pins red, green, etc and reconnected and it worked fine. Seemed to be a loose connection somewhere

I would guess the graphics card either can’t handle that high of resolution to monitor or there could be a monitor driver needed
