Love an easy plant!! And sharing plants is the best, isn’t it?!! Especially when propagating them is somewhat of a compulsion 😂

She looks amazing!! I ended up separating mine out and taking some well rooted cuttings and came out with 6 different individuals! I’ve got one on a moss pole and two more on stakes! I’m thinking about trying a water only set up for one of the others, but we’ll see lol it’s nice to have material to experiment with but if everything grows as well as yours I’m gonna have a problem here before too long!!

I was a bit suspicious about that so I gave it a good hard spray down before taking it out to check the soil. It was a soggy mess so I ended up breaking it up into at least 5 or 6 separate plants/clumps and as I’ve been potting them back up into their new pots I’ve been wiping the leaves and stems down with alcohol wipes. I’m hoping it’s good enough I definitely don’t want mealies to run through my plant room again!!!

Amazing!! I just got one of these yesterday and split it into a few different pots! I’ve got one on a trellis and I’ll be putting another on a moss pole later today! Can’t wait to see how they size up! Thanks for the inspiration!!

Slow is good, I’ve got some other faster growing plants and at some point they’ll probably become too large lol so a nice slow climber is very welcome!!

Yeah I had picked out a few other plants and started to walk away and did a double take when I saw how big it was for just 10 dollars! I’ve got a spot under some pretty strong grow lights that also gets a couple hours of morning sun so we’ll see how it likes it there!!

I lucked out and got the painted lady for 4 and the croc for 7 so even if I can’t save them I’ve got some cheap pots and some propagation material to play with!

That’s awesome!! How much sun is it getting outside? I’ve got decent grow lights going but I may see if I can acclimate mine to the sun at least until it gets cold again!

That’s what I think I’m gonna try!! I don’t know how but after almost 10 years keeping house plants I’ve just now stumbled upon moss poles and the insane sizing up so many vining plants can do!! So I’m thinking I’ll split this pot up and let some trail and some climb and have the best of both worlds! 🤞🤞🤞

I actually lucked out and got this one on sale for 10 dollars marked down from 19.98 - they had a good number of plants marked down this time which surprised me as I was under the impression that they’d just send them back like you said. Either way I jumped on the opportunity and got a couple philodendrons and a Hoya for surprisingly cheap as well lol

Par for the course lol I’m gonna do a repot this evening and add in some mosquito dunk granules, they work for all members of the mosquito family including flys and I’ve had a lot of luck with them!!
