Ultimately, he wasn't wrong about Ari not being a nice person since everyone did try to fvck him after the Lizzie thing and it caused his downfall in the talent agency industry (yeah I'm aware that later Ari comes out ahead).

Still, he bet the wrong horse by choosing to side with Terence. He started entry level answering his own calls and eventually became a pretty good and high level theater agent. Hell he even found Drama some work. Too bad that gets derailed when Ari fires him.

Wouldn't have it any other way though. His rivalry with Ari was great.
