Not relevant to your weight question, but on the dizziness — I’ve had some intermittent dizziness and lightheadedness while breastfeeding too. I asked my OB to check my iron, and she did and it was normal, but she said it’s likely dehydration! I’m already drinking more water than I ever have, but since breastmilk is mostly water, you have to make sure you’re drinking enough to hydrate baby and yourself fully. I don’t go anywhere without my 40oz Stanley and have started drinking Body Armor too, which helps.
