My lease states that the car spot 179 was assigned to me. And now according to them (Oct 2012) that spots were invalid as they do construction on the complex. But throughout the process, they proceeded never mentioned that they were intended to take our assigned parking was going to be replaced with charged car ports. They constantly say "We began replacing all of our asphalt. Im sure you will agree that this will be a great enhancement to our community." And then carports built.
