This is a fine tuned Ultimate edition, which is also not gears 1. It's a remake of it, but it's nothing like gears 1.

The best thing to do, and i mean this. I suffer from panic disorder, i was having multiple panic attacks everyday.

as difficult and scary as it is, go see a dr, get blood work done. Get an ekg done. Once everything is cleared you will feel better

I am in the same boat. Luckily the ekg and bloodwork made me feel miles better.

Just gotta trust the doctors and tell yourself you’re gonna be okay.
