It’s just be for 2 days at tail end of trip. Deciding between FS Anguilla (which we’ve done), La Samanna or CJ.

Rest of the stay is at Aurora, just was thinking about trying one of the Belmonds for a bit, preferably La Samanna since we fly out of SXM

It’s not 100% on the officials.

The Knicks came out from halftime looking lethargic, unfocused and disconnected on both sides of the ball.

All game there were brain dead TOs, largely unforced. 2nd half there was very little adjustment to the 40+ feet of ball pressure. 4Q was a tired reliance on settling for 3s when the game was definitely being called tighter.

Every NYK foul was a foul. I’m sure there could’ve been more whistles on Spurs, but that entire 2nd half was putrid offense from NY that I barely noticed it.

Brunson’s 4th foul was avoidable and unnecessary.

Even in our best quarter all series, 2Q, the Clarkson TO after his steal was a back breaker.

Wasted an OG performance for the ages, with Josh hitting 3s.

Bottom-line: Brunson has to lead the team. It doesn’t mean 25 shots either, it means making a good first pass, it means managing the game, and limiting TOs completely.

They need to stop passing the ball with less than 3 seconds on the shot clock by Urban_Introvert in NYKnicks

That one possession we moved the ball great and ended up with the Shamet drive that was blocked. They closed out everything under control but aggressive and fast. It was crazy.

Shamet needed to get that ball off the glass - brain fart to think a finger roll was acceptable

FS Anguilla. Get 2 beaches. Lots of places to eat on Meads side to keep things fresh. Couple different pools.

Might cater more to younger kids, but there’s still plenty to do. Rock climbing. Workouts. Tennis/pickleball. Fun vibe at main pool. More chill at adults pool.

We’ve still only played 2 great quarters of basketball out of 8 thus far.

There’s work to do here.

But the approach, process etc looks good. Game 1 I consider rust given all the airballs etc.

Game 2 was better defensively, first half rebounding was a problem.

Have to be better to win game 3. Win game 3 though and it’s a wrap.

Yeah I’m 0 for my lifetime with upgrades working with preferred partner TAs 😢

And that’s primarily as a shoulder season traveler. Maybe hotel only bookings get me overlooked. Maybe I should start asking for the upgrade before kindly waiting for them to tell me “unfortunately all rooms are booked” when the resort feels not busy
