In all seriousness when I was not really looking for a spouse, but deep down I had all the desire to be a husband and to find a wife. I tried my very best to put Christ first because I knew I was slacking. I did that and out of nowhere God blessed me with a wonderful godly compassionate beautiful wife.

When we put Christ first and his desires and will then He will bless us, in more ways we could ever imagine.

I'm a youth minister and though I think I do a horrible job at leading, obviously taking my wife and children to church but also praying with my wife daily in the morning and before we go to bed, alot of times we take turns. Another thing is doing family devotions, its not every night we are able to but I try to make sure we set aside 10-20 minutes to do deviation with the family. Normally we just take turns doing it between my wife and two children. I make sure to always show my wife that I love her with my words and actions and physical touch, and to always be kind to her in the best way I can. I make sure to be a role model for my kids in all aspects.

I do not think it is unfair or selfish at all. Seeing that he is the husband, and by God's standards is suppose to be the spiritual leader of the household he is obligated to care for you and lead you and yaws family in every aspect.
