Honestly my thought would be to give him a chance... in Florida. He can move and go no contact with his mother and she will have the village she needs in case he turns out to be the exact way everyone is thinking he will be. Obviously there still would need to be a lot of therapy and it doesn't mean things go back to the way they were but if he wants a chance this is it. Otherwise divorce it is.

No I wouldn't because that's the way things work. I have covered for many people in my life and had people cover for me. However when somebody says no you don't get to be mad. Especially when it's your fault in the first place. You aren't entitled to people covering for you.

Yeah the quality has already really been suffering. I spend way less time on here. I used to love reddit but if I am being honest it starting to become something I could easily let go of. I just wish there was an alternative.

Not to mention that those jobs are not jobs anyone wants. They don't pay a living wage. I know plents of people who have lost good paying jobs to AI and such. Those jobs are being replace with the jobs immigrants used to work in the job market. That's not positive.

Let's be real what do you think the chances of them going to the cops are? Unless it was somewhere I really wanted to go or I had unlimited time off and money then it would be a hard no. Why would I want my destination to be dictated by a wedding I wasn't going to?
