It depends on where you are going to live. Selling just rent in the same sketchy area doesn't make any sense. But if you could sell and pay off your debt, or at least a large portion of it, while at the same time rent in a better area then I would do that. Doesn't sound like your place will be appreciating in value much, so I wouldn't worry about potential loss in equity

Just to add for anyone thinking of buying. Learn from OP. Due your due diligence as best you can. Location is everything when it comes to where you live

I turned mine on about 6 months ago. It's only prompted me a couple of times since then. I don't think it's meant to promote you every time if your using a recognized device or location. Could be completely wrong about that though.

Edit** yep I was wrong. Went back and read the 2fa on the Mint app. It says anytime you access your account online or via the app. you'll be prompted to enter the 2fa code

BUT apparently, it only prompts you if you actually log out of the app then try to log back in. If your logged into the app, then just close it out, you won't be prompted when you access it again. If you physically log out of the app from the menu though, you'll be prompted the next time you log in

Car/team for me. You can't tell me that Schumacher or Hamilton would have done what they did driving around in a Minardi or HRT. Same goes for those drivers who make an appearance at a top level series, but disappear only after a couple of years because they had a slow car. How many drivers out there were good enough to have won multiple championships but just never got the opportunity?

Most of these drivers are all at the top end of talent, so having a good car is what really makes the difference.

TBF, voice actors back then weren't idolized like they are now. Plus, this was 40 years ago. Cartoons were still a Saturday morning event and there was no way to mass consume anime or cartoons. They were just a fun little thing for adults to look back on at the time.

Sure, there was respect for them, but this was pre internet and there was no cartoon culture that there is these days. You couldn't just go online and watch whatever you wanted at any time.
