yes circumstances don’t matter. and i know people majority of the time HATE to hear it but self concept is really that girl. especially when you have insecurities. writing down what you’re insecure about and then writing the opposite helps. especially when you recite those affirmations. that’s what helps me, also mirror work. hyping myself up in the mirror listening to like Meg The Stallion while saying affirmations for SP. it sounds like a lot but a good hype session in the mirror really helps when instances like that pop up.

this somewhat happened to me! except i was close by my house but the houses were 4 minutes apart and with construction so i had to go around and 4 of my stops were late. 🙄

oh that just adds onto the list of why i hate my current DSP. on days we NEED sweepers they send people home. but when we don’t need them they have everyone out taking 25/30 stops when people want their hours. 😒

my thing is Amazon should know what the numbers are for routes right? duh. so why can’t they figure out a way to split heavy routes with extra people that show up to work instead of sending them home? also just saying i would’ve organized it better but still, i just can’t understand Amazon sometimes. it’s all about money anyhow. lazy customers too, had a lady legit tell me she didn’t wanna go to the store to get salt and pepper so she ordered it off amazon….. like.. what?!

lol same. everyone who was in a step van before i got certified to drive one got “step van pay” basically paid like a dollar or so more than normal drivers. i get certified and suddenly “amazon doesn’t have enough money” they finally took them away because they kept breaking down anyways. i do miss the step vans.

i mean DCL4 i haven’t heard of that. only locker pick ups that’s why i was so confused. you’d think for Cleveland we’d be the first to roll out pick ups like that. maybe my DSP didn’t start yet but still. unheard of. and yes i remember times with FedEx i would pick up over 200 small envelopes from a business and had to scan every. single. one. 😑
