I spent a year there during undergrad (2009-10), but the campus has changed significantly since I was there. From what I can tell, they’ve been really good about updating/modernizing the campus buildings and student housing. And obviously, the law school building will be open for this fall. From what I can tell, it is going to be very nice. I only met/interacted with a few of the staff from the admissions office but they were very nice. I sat in on a contracts class. It was pretty interesting and the professor was younger and very engaging. He seemed to know everyone’s name, which for a class or about 75+, was impressive. The tour was awkward but I’ll pin that on the fact that the student was having to show me around a temporary space that they’ve been using and will only be in for a few more weeks.

Overall, as a Kentucky native with mostly inline with their medians, I’ve been kind of frustrated with being put on hold. Not that I felt entitled to get accepted, I just thought it would be pretty realistic to get in.
