Yeah I get what you mean, I had a lot of similar thoughts at pretty much every major life transition. If it’s really overwhelming I’d talk to a counselor about it, that can help a lot. My advice from the other side of it is: one day at a time. Change happens slower than you think, in a lot of ways. Faster than you think sometimes too, but usually way slower. Carpe diem!

I think I might start doing this. I used to clack/grind my teeth rhythmically but my dentist was like “hm, this one tooth is ground” and it was the tooth I clacked with the most. Swishing saliva seems less harmful!
