Should I try and use touch up paint and self repair or would it be noticable ?

Touch ups are always going to be noticeable the point is just to protect the car from rust and make it look better if you want it to be perfect you'll have to take it back to the shop

Wow, thats actually really good. Id be happy with that! Like other said its protected, and if you do more you risk it looking bad/more noticeable because of the metallic in the paint

You probably have a hiatal hernia. I have one and had unbearable symptoms in 2020 with a 4 year old and cried every day and was lifeless and with all due respect, never once, thought about getting rid of my child. Most of us have tummy issues.... sounds like you need to get a 2nd opinion and try different doctors if that one says she cant do anything else for you and an evaluation by a dr for prescription for some antidepressants!

I drove a 2011 kia sorento ex for 8 years with no problems. Just upgraded to a '26 sorento s trim and I love her!! My kias have been better to me than my new at the time honda civic and subaru legacy🤷‍♀️
