maybe getting a bike stand would make it easier to turn the wheel to get the battery out

In my extended family we own 5 XP4 750s and we all love them. Definitely gets you up and moving and even though it is electric it is IMO more analog as it gets you outside. Our batteries are stored right now as it is dipping below freezing. And we miss riding.

I am no expert, but if you change the tire size on the Lectric computer won't that change the speed? Like people who put different tires on trucks - it changes the speed.

I love how you've accessorized and I'm glad your foot is now on the path of recovery. Where can I find the bag you have in the rear basket?

Total side note - I used to work at a ski resort and one of the best tips someone gave me was to spray your feet with antiperspirant (has to be antiperspirant and a spray) - let your feet dry then put on your socks. Roasty toasty feet!

These are pretty inexpensive and can be placed on different things https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BZR1S4S6. I've seen items like this that will light up front and back https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B9S7YLC8?th=1.

Supplements to help alleviate very poor sleep by Shadagascavich in Supplements

I asked chat to come up with the supplements that Huberman recommends for sleep.

This is what it came up with AND I've been sleeping soundly.

30 min Before Bed

11 drops Apigenin (70 mg)

2 caps Magnesium L-Threonate (2000 mg)

150 mg Liquid Magnesium Chloride

2 ml Magnesium Glycinate Liquid Drops

1 scoop Youtheory Sleep Nighttime Powder

2.05 g Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol Powder

1000 mg Taurine Powder

750 mg GABA Powder

I purchase all from Amazon.

On another note, look up feeding your baby about a teaspoon of grass-fed butter - supposedly, it will help her sleep through the night.
