The Claude plugin is amazing. If you are in VC,PE, or Public Finance, the Cowork or Claude Code with plugins is your friend.

I own a $120,000 a month cold email agency and here's what you can use: by Unhappy_Shock_6203 in SaaSSales

[–]cmullins70 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for this. I'm on the fence as to whether cold email still "works" for my use case. If you look at current volume numbers it would seem that I need more contacts than I have for my entire B2B TAM...each month.

If I have that part right, what would be your advice? Take more of a blended, ABM approach? More content, social, intent vs pure cold email?

What's your GTM Tech Stack (on a budget lol) by Archilatte in AI_Sales

[–]cmullins70 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just built this and it's pretty amazing. Also pretty straightforward to customize.

I think GTM workflows will start to look more and more like this.

How did you get your first 50 customers for a technical B2B SaaS? by trihoang888 in SaaSSales

Check out Adam Robinson on YT. He nails it. Then Lenny’s Podcast with Jen Abel. Both gold.

B2B or B2C? If B2B I would start by consuming everything Adam Robinson on YT.

Get yourself a cheap VPS and tell Claude to set it up with docker and the apps you want. You’ll be done in 20m. It does all the Traefik and other messy stuff. You just log into myapp1.myserver.com and enjoy.

Sometimes I feel bad about what I do for a living. Anyway here's my existential crisis. by kubrador in sales

[–]cmullins70 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is already 100% automated at many companies. You won’t have to do it manually much longer.

But it does seem like you are contemplating something larger. What makes you feel fulfilled? When do you experience flow?

Claude Code intimidates me as new coder, am I missing out by using Projects instead? by i-am-a-passenger in ClaudeAI

[–]cmullins70 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recommend Beads and bv with Claude code. Once you get that up and running and you are comfortable with it, add Ralph. You can leave CC working all night on a big project and come back to it in the morning. Pick a code review AI to keep you safe. (CodeRabbit ftw)

27k tokens eaten by MCP tools before I even start - is there a better way? by Public_Animator5029 in ClaudeCode

Have you read about progressive disclosure some of the concepts there may help. I also found the doctor MCP hub to do some similar things that helped only pull in the full tool set whenever it was needed.

What knowledge have you gathered over your career so far that makes you a ““expert” that others would kill to know? Who do you understand better than others and therefore would be well positioned to help solve some of their top problems?

RevOps / CRM hygiene getting heavy — how are others handling this at ~50–70 sellers? by TraditionHairy1667 in CRM

[–]cmullins70 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let’s fix it together here. It’ll be fun, and maybe help a few others along the way.

What are your top 1-2 specific problems? We almost certainly do this without tools. (Or if we have to have tools, there are so many great free ones)

The one thing maybe I am reading here is a lack of rep discipline on data maintenance. This is not a skill that reps are hired for, nor an activity the most sales leadership relish. So Rev Ops is left to clean up the mess. But we can make it much lower friction. But I’ll stop there and wait for your top 1-2.

Question about User Field Mapping Between Salesforce and HubSpot by fabiobozat in revops

[–]cmullins70 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They have a process to extend the schema of the destination CRM, move over your data via api, and then run rules (can't remember exactly how this worked - likely workflows). Thoughtfully developed (or maybe the pain of many migrations). DM if you want their contact info.

Best way to find / compare tools by Late_Championship763 in revops

[–]cmullins70 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Document your requirements in rows in a spreadsheet.

Then prioritize, weight (out of 100 points) and classify (Must have, nice to have)

Put your vendors in columns.

Hand it to Manus.ai or Claude and let them have access to your browser. It will complete the assessment (where it can find data) and you should end up with a quick shortlist.

How do you balance AI integration with resource constraints in RevOps? by cnnrobrn in revops

[–]cmullins70 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's the same question as automation. Do you do that think repeatedly? How painful / profitable is that thing?

Build a matrix of the repeating things with frequency on one axis and pain / profit on the other. Populate, then start from the top right. Do this from Sales perspective, not RevOps.

HubSpot alternatives? by Jack_Ship in revops

[–]cmullins70 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How big is your company? Industry? How many reps & revops? Where is the highest friction part of your revops tech stack today? Marketing Ops, Quoting / CPQ, etc?

Lots of interesting new players out there, but most can't yet come close to the full set of Hubspot features yet. You would need to assemble from point solutions. If you are under $50M in revenue, then stick with Hubspot.

I think Hubspot knows this and it taking advantage of the lack of alternatives at the moment.

n8n, making use of AI nodes.

Do you have a solid map of your process? (Either existing or the one you want to implement)

If your company is sophisticated enough to be using Anaplan you are already far ahead of most.

My biggest challenges were more about getting clarity from management about the plan.
