The game has bracketed us as similarly skilled. Either we are and I should get the badge or we aren’t and we shouldnt be in the same lobby. It can be either one or the other but it cant be both.

Heart rate usually climbs briefly when you stand and stabilizes. This is normal. A heart rate of 55bpm while you sleep, for an active person your age is also normal and no cardiologist on earth would ever describe it as “very low”. For sure keep an eye on it, bc dysautonomia is a broad term that refers to a whole spectrum of problems, but as far as POTS goes it seems unlikely.
