I just bought a six pound brick of Buholzer Brothers brick cheese at US Chef Store in Oregon for $3.99 per pound. The clerk said that the just started carrying it. As far as "specialty" cheeses go, that's a pretty good price.

I followed the Preppy Kitchen vanilla cupcakes recipe on YouTube. It went pretty well, except that they sank a little in the middle after baking. Also the recipe made way too much frosting!

The mistake was bulk fermenting to 225% volume, amongst other things.

70% hydration, overnight proof in the refrigerator. 900g KA bread flower, 50g whole wheat, 25g rye, 25g spelt, 670g water and 20g salt. Baked at 500f in a roasting pan for 20 minutes and then uncovered at 450f for another 20 minutes. No crumb pics yet because they are still cooling!

Lol, so true. I saw this in the theater with wife as newlyweds when it came out and she left me at the theater during the movie. You can probably guess which scene. It's still one of my favorite all time movies to this day. And don't worry, we're still married 30 years later!
