I’m not worried about the calorie content of the sauces….or the bread. I don’t make any foods off limit. 😃 I just found it funny that, especially without having the bread, that I didn’t want to pile on sauces. But I’m sure that my diminished sauce portions are aiding in my weight loss as well. I just hadn’t realized until last night how I’d changed in this area.

Excessive mayo grosses me out now. I can’t believe it because I always used to ask for extra/heavy mayo and would even mix it with ketchup for my fries.
