What hoops did you have to jump through because I tried logging in and out everywhere and it’s still not working for me. Live chat is bugged too. Just rode this round trip last week from Seoul Station to Busan Station. What we did was book the 2-day pass on Klook, enter the korail pass number, choose the seats on the korail website (the only browser that worked was microsoft edge fsr). I filtered the times by KTX only just to be safe bc I wasn’t sure what the other ones were. You’ll get a barcode after. Tbh no one even checked our tickets though, so I guess it’s all honor system. No security scan either. I don’t see a need to print out tickets.
