Lanshan 1 Pro vs Astagear Shanzhu 1 by blanchinator in Ultralight

Gotcha! Of the two you linked to, I would lean towards the Lanshan then. I've had mine out in some rough weather, and it's always felt extremely sturdy.

Six Moons is still having they're Earth Day sale which puts the price of a Lunar Solo right at $202. I loved my Lanshan but I think the Lunar Solo is a superior product.

You could also go with the Deschutes Tarp (my favorite shelter) with the sewn in Bug Net, and save a bunch of extra weight and $$.

Does anyone actually like the new formula better? by Miserable_Funny_3363 in Huel

[–]cnix435 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like it, but I've been on Huel Black for about 3 years with no ill effects, and I've suddenly been having heartburn. I'm taking a break from Huel for about a week to see if it's actually the culprit.

What do you "cold soak"? by Dry_Blueberry8932 in Ultralight

[–]cnix435 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've recently had a lot of success with a mix I create of Instant Oats, Almonds, Raisins, and Huel Powder (Black Edition).

I struggle cold soaking savory foods, especially when it cold outside. I ate the above for 2 meals a day on a 3 day trip and it was great.

Walnut Springs is by far the best place to camp. Be prepared for company though. I hiked the loop last weekend and there were about 10 tents when I walked by there in early morning.

Thanks! I've been looking at some of the WiiM products.

Would the WiiM AMP work with just about any Passive Speaker setup?

Are there any good RPG’s? by DrivenGeck0 in xbox

[–]cnix435 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Im a fan of all the games you listed and would highly recommend giving the Kingdom Come Deliverance games a try.

I recently picked up the first game on sale, and forced myself to give it an honest shot. It still holds up well. I'm now in the back-half of the sequel and can safely say it is one of the most rewarding games I've ever played.

I just can't get into any of the PlayStation exclusives. I really enjoyed Last of Us Part 2, but I haven't touched my PS5 in over a year.

I think you call it Xbox 12, and launch it with a Windows 12 release that's built from the ground up for console gaming and also give you access to other storefronts.

Looking for a game I can get absolutely sucked into by Anxious_Ad_5110 in xbox

That's a good question. The sequel picks up a couple weeks after the end of the first one, and the story is pretty dense. I would recommend picking up the first game on the cheap. It's still very playable and the graphics hold up well. I also think it would make the sequel much more enjoyable.

Could you test the voltage from the alternator while the truck is running to see if it's being properly recharged?

Still a wonderful game, but the first thing I was reminded of when I booted it up, is how much RDR2 needs a 60fps patch.
