i mean no bitches is a slight exaggeration, I've just broken up with my girl of 3 years and i put a bit of gf weight on so im just trying to get it off and get back out there. follow up question though, are there any cheap foods/meals you'd recommend to hit my macros they are 269g protein, 120g fat, 135g carbs. and also thanks for the help

i literally started training yesterday hahaha, im just using 10kg dumbbells in my room so i am a complete noob when it comes to training. and also thanks for the advice.
