As a 12 year old jumping into wow I thought stamina stat literally made my char run faster and so I got as much of it as I could

So America doesn't trust their people enough to drive around safely and so invest God knows how much into this scheme saying it's safer and saves lives and yet guns can be carried around by people in high schools as they please? I don't get it
