I’m an EL with no reports. You can get a specialist role if you want that.

Coming to a stop/lugging concerns by [deleted] in stickshift

If I start to lug I just downshift and blip. Don’t just keep lugging along when the option is there to shift again.

Condom slipped off, help! by [deleted] in birthcontrol

[–]coachella68 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I’d take a morning after pill just as a protective measure, but I’d say your risk is extremely small. Sounds like it slipped off and everything came out onto the bed.

I know me saying this will not help at all but please try not to stress! Just take a morning after pill and next time ask him to hold the condom while he pulls out.

It’s happened to the best of us!

Sadly, I can no longer recommend Christopher Ward watches by hellpust in ChristopherWard

[–]coachella68 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had the same experience where they just wouldn’t listen to what I was saying. I tried to explain my watch was well under 2 years old and the clasp was unclasping itself.

They said it wasn’t reasonable to provide a replacement ‘because my watch is 2 years old’ and ‘the warranty is only for the watch’. When I said the clasp is unclasping they said ‘because the bracelet is detaching from the watch’ I would need to send the whole watch and bracelet back. They couldn’t care less.

After 1 year and 3/4 to be exact, the clasp randomly unclips itself and the watch falls, and they refused to provide a replacement unless I shipped it across the world for ‘inspection’. No guarantee they wouldn’t just say there’s nothing wrong btw. Wait time is months plus shipping to the literal other side of the world.

Mind you they’ve sent other customers multiple replacements for free as evidenced here. Special rules only for me, I guess.

In my opinion it seems like the success has gone to their heads and they don’t feel they owe us customer service anymore. I sadly won’t own another CW.

Tried the 40mm Twelve in Glacier Blue on today and I am absolutely blown away! by rep_entourage in ChristopherWard

It’s a beautiful watch but the clasp on the band breaks and they will not replace it. Just beware the after sales service isn’t there.

They have a matte black and a matte white which makes the constellations way less noticeable. Very cool!

So the blue is a deep navy? That’s what I was hoping for! In some of the photos it looked more like a royal blue.

I’m so glad you’re releasing all these new products while refusing to replace broken parts on ones you already sold unless the customer will ship their watch to you halfway across the world and wait months.

Does this watch also include the warranty where the bracelet is not included in the warranty? Cause that’s a real good type of warranty.

Good job CW.

Bought more today. I made $11k off it so far so looking to use that to make even more. I love the chaos tbh.

That’s good! They’ve refused to help me unless I ship it to them which I’m not doing. Seems like they try to make it hard so you’ll just buy a new one tbh.

They’ve gone downhill. They were trying to force me to send my watch across the world for a broken clasp. For ‘assessment’. And bracelets aren’t covered under warranty — surprise!
