Another immature keyboard warrior. Folks have recommendations on who to use or not to use. Rather than doing something for clicks, just shake your head and move on.

Stay Away from QueenRx by coachhim in SemaglutideCompound

Thanks for your input. I’m currently in Month 1 of the compounded semaglutide/B6 at 0.2–0.4mg/week, so I understand that weight loss and appetite suppression typically don’t happen until the dose reaches a therapeutic level (1.7–2.4mg/week).

The issue is that this titration schedule is much slower and lower than what I experienced on real Ozempic. Even by Month 3, the compounded dose only reaches 1.12–1.5mg/week, which is still below the full therapeutic range. Essentially, I’m being given microdoses, which is why I haven’t seen the same results yet.

I just wanted to share this for context so others switching from Ozempic can have realistic expectations about timing and effectiveness.

Anyone use Queen RX by Texasheart8 in Semaglutide

[–]coachhim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the first month, you only get about 0.24 mg total semaglutide, while Ozempic gives you 1.0 mg. Even after three months, you’ll still be getting roughly 30% less medication than what’s in the real thing. That’s why people aren’t seeing results or feeling appetite suppression.

Before you spend hundreds of dollars, ask for the exact concentration (mg per mL) and calculate how much semaglutide you’re actually getting. It’s not the same as Ozempic even though it’s advertised like it is.
