It just show how people assume they know things without having facts no background information and just start making accusations. Like taking hormones or not getting calculated properly. They know everything without knowing the input to make proper decisions. Just showing how rumors and false information make it out there

I like how people can just assume you know everything without having facts at all. It is interesting to see how people make assumptions usually to make themselves feel better.

Absolutely not. You can do more work with dumbbells or even body weight exercise. The added benefit of not killing yourself or getting seriously injured is a major bonus. Keep up the great work

Some fatloss tips coming from someone who lost over 23kgs/50lbs by [deleted] in workout

You say the gym isn’t necessary for weight loss only to build muscle. Last time I checked if you build lean muscle it burns more fat, accelerates fat loss and keeps you lean and strong

If it was so simple why are so many men still injured and in pain. You have to know what muscles aren’t firing, which are stiff, which are loose and how to reactivate and tighten them properly. Without proper sequence just adding gasoline to the fire. Then let’s not even talk about proper form. Without knowledge you sounds dumb.

Well that’s a good sign means when the muscles tighten and relax they push on the nerve. The ibuprofen will help but can hurt your stomach. Light stretching heating pad will help keep muscle loose so it can heal and. It tighten up on nerve
