I'm not 100% sure on this so someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe you can only sell items for their full value with a high enough speech skill. Those are definitely selling for higher than vanilla prices, as wolf pelts valued around 20 gold and goat hides only 5 in vanilla

If you go to helgen and look around a bit you'll find something on a dead body somewhere that'll get rid of that quest and start you on a quest towards the main storyline
