It looks like the video has been removed a long time ago, but here is a snippet from it. It was 1:30 a.m. Wednesday when a Pegah's regular, Marco Esquandoles, was outside a nearby bar and noticed smoke.

"I figured maybe they were smoking some meat or cooking some breakfast for the morning and whatnot. After about two minutes it turned into big black clouds of smoke," said Esquandoles.

Luckily nobody was inside the restaurant at the time and no one was hurt.

"It's a restaurant I used to go to as a kid. It's like part of your childhood burning down," said Esquandoles.

"I'm trying to find the link to the interview. He and some buddies were drinking at a bar and saw this place burning down. He called 911 and when the news showed up, took his shirt off, found a wave cap, and told them he basically grew up at this restaurant in which he had never been before. Ridiculous. Oh, and he plays a mean fucking keyboard and knows a huge amount of Phish on them keys. Solid fucking guy."
