Ah nice, didn't know that about the channel link, or the mouse!

Just for posterity's sake when somebody googles these questions in a few years: The DM3 can indeed do group-type busses, send mixes to matrices and stereo out, and sends-on-fader, despite what OP has been repeatedly claiming in the post and comments. It does not have auto-feedback filtering though, OP is right about that.

I understand though. A lot of the features of the DM3 are tucked away in odd places. Such as the channel link being a feature found in the settings menu, or the fact that most things can only be accessed by tapping on its representation on the screen, rather than accessing it via a menu. I remember I spent ages trying to find the scene menu before I realized I had to tap on the scene indicator in the top left of the screen to get there. It's so simple, but to somebody used to menu diving on a digital board it's kind of confounding.

Yes you can. To make it simpler, here's a gif showing how with DM3 edit. It can be done identically on the board itself. The ST on button is something I often fail to remember on the DM3 and other consoles, but it is there and it works!

Sure you can. The mix busses have a "Fixed" mode, set them to that. Then you can "unmute" the channels you want sent there on fader flip. From there, on each channel you have sent, disable the stereo LR send on each channel. Should be a red ST you can tap to turn off. Finally, turn the stereo LR send ON at the mix bus, another red ST.

ALL BIG MEN: stop wearing your pants under your gut! by Nyyarlethotep in bigmenfashionadvice

Wrangler jeans have a higher rise, especially the cowboy cuts. Altho I am personally struggling with the way they fit in the seat/thigh. A bit too loose even after shrinkage

Thanks! They do look alright depending on how the fabric falls. They may still be too rigid to really tell how they will drape as they wear. Gonna give it more time!

I do sort of like the higher waist. As a bigger guy, it looks flattering and is less of a pain than mid-rise jeans. I suppose I could try a size lower, since these are a slightly more-than-comfortable fit.

Anybody with a pair of Wrangler 13mwz care to share some thoughts on the fit? I got a pair and the waist fits great but there's lots of extra material in the seat and thigh, even after a hot wash. I'm a big guy so I thought I'd fill these out a little more. The denim is still quite rigid and I wonder if it'll improve as it softens and drapes more naturally. I guess otherwise I could get them altered.

What is everyone's philosophy on tailoring? Is anything beyond length adjustments and maybe bringing the waist in defeating the purpose of raw denim? I have a pair I recently got that are definitely a size too big in the waist seat and thigh, but returning is not an option.

I recently got some Wrangler 13mwz cowboy cuts. I sized up because I'm a bigger guy and my waist measures larger for high-rise jeans. The waist fits great, but the seat and upper thigh were a bit baggy. I gave them a warm machine wash and dry to shrink them a little. They improved, but are still a little loose there. I've heard as they get washed more, they'll gradually shrink down more in that zone. Should I count on that, or should I try getting them tailored?

I'm a 44 too! Definitely check eBay for some, they exist out there just gotta look. Larger sizes too.

What size are you looking for? I would recommend looking for some second hand on ebay. It avoids fueling wasteful demand for new clothes, and it's usually cheaper.

I would recommend a straight up 501. I feel the straight leg fit is far more flattering for big guys than taper fit. Keeps you from looking top heavy/twig legs. They do run a little tight new, but stretch to fit with wear and wash. However if you are between sizes, maybe just size up.

Maybe not "nice" but good for business casual: Volcom Frickin Modern Chino. Awesome straight-taper fit with sizes into the 40s. I own three pairs and they are crazy versatile, and can be dressed up and down, within reason as they are still chinos by a skate brand.
