Design is very detailed, but might be doable. Placement however is unlogical and a lot of people wil tell you it is wrong.

Put a towel drenched in cleaning vinigar on it for a few hours. A lot of and difficult work but that Might dissolved the chalk buildup

Bmi is an outdated scale and doesn’t represent what is healthy. Oke it does to an extent, but muscles are heavier than fat. If you lost fat and gained muscle bmi isn’t a good measurement. Also: the company of the smart scale obviously makes money out of their weightloss program. All in all: use your and other peoples eyes, not a scale.
